Description

This is a factory located in the suburb of Dulston alongside the very northern edge of Malton's quarantine zone. Once the Daewoong Textile Company was a bustling textile manufacturing facility, but now the building is cloaked in silence, its massive machinery silent. Older residents of Dulston still talk of the days before the "Malton Incident" when factories such as these were the driving power behind the suburb's successful business industry. Of course these days there is hardly a market for textiles.

Noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, once visited the factory in order to survey it and take stock of the quantity of portable generator and fuel cans stored here for the Electric Light Torchestra, a member group of the Dulston Alliance. While Caleb is not a member of ELT he is always willing to go that extra mile to help his follow survivor, especially those groups whose main goal is to help the entire suburb as it's the case with the ELT.

Barricade Policy

Barricades should be kept at Extremely Heavily at all times. The true purpose of this building is to serve as a heavily fortified shelter for Malton's veteran survivors. This ruling was set forth by the Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram and is enforced by all member groups of the Dulston Alliance.

Current Events

December 11th, 2008 - Metal Fox recon reported that the building was Extremely Heavily barricaded and had a portable generator, but it was unpowered.

December 9th, 2008 - Metal Fox recon reported that the building was ruined with 1 zombie inside.

Update: Officer Murphy of Dead vs Blue later reported that there were no zombies inside. Whether the zombie had been killed and dumped, or simply wandered off is unclear.

November 2nd, 2008 - The factory has become an Extremely Heavily barricaded, but ruined, building (i.e. a pinata). --Linkthewindow Talk 05:48, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

September 9th, 2008 - Officer Murphy of Dead vs Blue reported the factory had fallen to zombies at some point... but good news! The factory has since been reclaimed and re-barricaded. The factory was now Very Strongly barricaded again.

September 4th, 2008 - Officer Murphy of Dead vs Blue reported that he had managed to recapture, repair, and re-barricade the factory.

January 31st, 2007 - The Shamblin' Crooners made their usual grand entrance and entertained everyone inside with their famous "break-in & concert" style of zombie rock. Unlike past concerts this was the second stop in their new SHAMBLIN' CROONERS APOCALYPSE tour. Dulston survivors heard a lot more angst in the zombie tunes as they sang heavier music including Metal, Grunge, and of course Death Metal.
