Who are we?
The Gouger Arms Alliance is a survivor group dedicated to the protection of the good people of Malton! We move where trouble brews, and actually very rarely venture into the Gouger Arms. We recently fought in The Battle of Santlerville to ensure that the mall did not fall. Despite the fact our numbers were small and our role was minor, we stopped at nothing to ensure that survivors were revived, defenders were healed, zombies were slain, and zombies spies and zergers lay in the streets!
We will stop at no lengths to ensure that zombies do NOT feast of the flesh of the innocent!
Latest news
14/06/2007 - Not *really* much happened lately. I am thinking of moving east to try and lend a helping hand. Currently sorting out alliances. As much as we cannot offer much firepower, we hope that, as a mobile group, we can offer news to our allies and friends from where ever there may be trouble. Anyway, I've got exams next week, so, we'll see how things pan out. Can't be getting too deep into anything when I have Law, English AND Maths left to do!
03/06/2007 - Survivor numbers are looking good.
01/06/2007 - Had to remove some RRF scum from the Flowar Building. They're moving quicker than we imagined. I'm moving back to Dulston to our safe house and to warn the residents of the mall. The Battle of Santerville was won by shear numbers, organisation and information. I have not been to Dulston in too long to wishfully think there enough survivors there to keep the place secure; so my venture is to gain information.
30/05/2007 - With the area of Santerville settled we are moving on. Due to the recent news about the fall of Raines hill under the RRF, Zombie Killer Tomatoes and Feral Undead we are moving to surrounding suburbs to bide our time until things start looking up.
Bastards list
These people are, as far as we're concerned, kill on sight. If you're on here, you have no rights to anything:
- JonoTheKid - Zerger
- Sunilon - Zerger
- Finis Valorum - Still a PK'er, although his actions are perfectly acceptable because he's an "XP farmer"
- TigerFangBlue - Zombie spy, Zerger, PKer
- All members of the RRF/Gore Corps are considered enemies
- All members of the MOB/Militant Order of Bahrah are considered enemies
- All members of ANY Pro-Zombie group, PK group or anything else bad are considered enemies. The above two just deserved special mention, because we love them so much.
Friends list
This list contains people and groups who I consider good people, even if they don't know I hold these values (Not necessarily allies as such, and in no particular order):
Dos, don'ts and policies
Sacred Ground Policy Supporter | |
This user or group supports the Sacred Ground Policy and acknowledges that all Cemeteries in the city of Malton are considered Revivification Points. |
- We will never kill a survivor unless provoked. Self-defence is not player killing, just like defending oneself in real life is perfectly acceptable.
- We will accept anyone into our ranks who is willing to fight for survivors. We understand that killing survivors is sometimes necessary (GKs, PKs, Zombie spies etc), but we do not condone outright player killers and will never hire them into our ranks, nor will we maintain a relationship with them.
- The safety of the top right quadrant is paramount (Technically the Ridleybank-Dulston square, but in particular: Dulston, Rhodenbank, Rolt Heights, Pescodside, Dunningwood, Gibsonton, Santlerville, Pashenton, Earletown).
- Wisdom is the key to success. It's all well and good to display valour in battle; But retreating to a vantage point when your odds are minimal is not dishonorable.
- Underhand tactics will not be used. That is, spying etc.
- Information is the key to success. A well informed group of survivors will bode much better than those who know nothing. Radio networks are paramount.
- Sacred ground policy is to be adhered to. That is, all cemetaries are considered "no kill", revive zones. However, rotters wishing to spoil this will be blown to a fine bloody mist.
