Transcript of a voicemail found at HM Army HQ from one Lance Cpl. O'Malley, stranded in Malton at the time of the outbreak, before his cellular battery died and he was cut off from communication with his chain of command. No further contact with him has been made. There were dropouts in his cellular signal, possibly caused by oncoming signal jamming or by noise in his surroundings, indicated by INAUDIBLE in the transcript.

Sir, this is O'Malley, I need to request clarification of orders. I'm in Malton in the BOQ, on return from scheduled leave, there's been some sort of incident here and INAUDIBLE -formed us that all personnel at Creedy were to remain on station and await further instructions. However, sir, as it appears this is a domestic disaster response, as far as I know I should attempt to form up with local units to provide immediate aid and security functions since I have been approached twice by local law enforcement and requested to provide such aid. Despite standing orders as detailed INAUDIBLE to disregard INAUDIBLE refused to issue arms and ammunition despite clear and present danger.

Sir, I need to request that you call Creedy command and myself ASAP to clarify this conflict between standing disaster response drill, especially BIKINI level INAUDIBLE ongoing confusion among local command. Liaison officers with Military Medical Response Unit aren't providing any information but are commandeering all transport.

Final note, sir - there are personnel operating in unmarked uniforms with the unit insignia SPARROWHAWK, working in close proximity to the MMRU. They appear to have heavy civvy corporate support from various biotech INAUDIBLE advise. Orders not to interfere come from same source INAUDIBLE

O'Malley clear.
