Description

An urban housing building with an attached Phone Mast.

History

Built in a time of an economic boom this blocky post-modern styled building was frequently used by police officers and Tompson Mall employees alike as convenient housing. The central location made it one of MalTel's most frequently used cell sites although reception could still be impeded. The actual mast was usually bristling with rogue radio antennae, hoisted up by intrepid ham radio operators seeking to run their own stations and frequencies off of the building's power generator.

With Lockettside remaining a key suburb in SouthWest Malton, in 2008 the Survivor group F.A.N.N.Y. operated to aid stricken shoppers or inebriated club-goers from this building. Their staff were known to frequent the building for the next 6 years until they dissolved.

In late 2009 members of the PKer group E.V.I.L. were seen making frequent attacks on Lindsey Towers and surrounding buildings. Seemingly bent only on utter anarchy and sowing despair the group worked to demolish barricades, destroy generators, disrupt communications and kill any Survivor that stood against them.

Barricade Policy

According to the Lockettside Barricade Plan this building and it's phone mast should be barricaded at EHB.
