Description

who did you think protected this place?

Barricade Policy

According to the Shuttlebank Barricade Plan this building should be kept at EHB at all times. That is of no use, however, since Chuck Norris himself protects this building.

History

This building was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1912 despite being next to the Berrow Road Fire Station. Legend has it that a call claiming that The Every Building in nearby West Boundwood was on fire was misinterpreted and it was thought that every building in that suburb was engulfed in flames. In sheer panic local Pornstar/Town Selectman Scotw who was interim fire chief at the time called firemen from neighboring suburbs only to find that eight blocks in West Boundwood were on fire. The firemen returned to discover that the bank next door had been destroyed. They were very upset because they did all of their banking there and all of their funds were lost in the fire.

In the following months angry firemen would stop by Scotw's house on Coole Avenue and unload the weekly accumulation of horse manure on his front yard. Seeking an end to both problems Scotw publicly pledged to rebuild Norris Bank on his own dime because of the tremendous guilt he felt. But supplies for rebuilding were scarce and expensive and he was a cheap bastard. The only thing he had a surplus of was horse manure. So secretly he contracted work form numerous factories in the suburb to turn the waste into bricks and within a week Norris Bank was fully built without anybody wise to the scheme.

During renovations in the 1980's building inspectors were shocked to find that the manure had lasted so long and that the building was structurally sound. The local residents from then on referred to the building as " Scotw's House of Shit ".

Current Status

Chuck Norris is currently sitting outside in a lawn chair next to a Mike Huckabee lawn sign reading ' Of Mice and Men ' by John Steinbeck. He is Chuck Norris, he does not fear the zombie apocalypse, and he needed a new plot for walker texas ranger anyway--Scotw 21:15, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
