Suggestion description
This bike is the remains of an old bike left in the Malton when "it" happened. It appears to have been broken but has been repaired with makeshift parts and it looks like it might fall apart.
As far as use, it would take 3 ap to get on it, but it would allow you to go twice as far in one ap, but you couldn't do anything until you dismounted (another 3 ap).
It would only be used by survivors and might need a skill to use. As far as drops, there would only be a limited amount in the game and as soon as you dismount it is no longer part of your inventory and someone else can find it.
It might add 5 temporary inventory slots.
