This seems like a sort of survival game to me. But for some reason players dont need to drink water to survive.

How if all powered buildings have running water, and you can take a bottle with you. Every few turns you need to drink some water. And every time you drink you have a small chance of being infected and becoming a zombie.

And if you dont drink you slowly lose HP at a rate of maby one HP every two turns.
