- Ok, Easter - How about a chocolate easter egg? A bit like last year, but much easier to find and heals up 1 HP every time you eat one.
- Christmas. Santa hats! For one day only. Oh, and it snows.
- Thanksgiving. Ummm. That's when you celebrate the fact that the native americans rescued the early settlers isn't it? (bet they're glad that they did, now huh?) Turkeys, I believe... Hmm. Giant turkey outfits?--Seventythree 07:26, 29 June 2007 (BST)
Ok, How about on St Patricks Day, new items, Guinness instead of beer and a green top hat?--Seventythree 09:45, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- The Santa hat would go perfect with that weather flavor change.-- dǝǝɥs oʇ ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 09:54, 29 June 2007 (BST)
Vote discussion
Keep - Wow. I like it alot, but one thing. If you have leftover stuff from the holiday, make it usable forever. Kind of like the Christmas trees being able to be set up at anytime of the year.-- dǝǝɥs oʇ ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 04:55, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Re- Yeah, but then trip wires would be set up 24/7, and people would get pushed down every day, and everyone would be egged, etc. It would lose it's funniness after awhile. Tryce of Thunder 05:28, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Ah, see you misinterpreted me. What I meant was if you had a tripo wire or two leftover from the holiday, they should still be usable. Not where you can find them all the time. Just be able to still use them if you have them leftover.-- dǝǝɥs oʇ ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 06:57, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Re-Er, that's not what I meant. I knew you couldn't find them anymore. But remember: Multiply it by a billion. Some large group of people will do nothing but collect wires for the day, I just know it. Tryce of Thunder 07:21, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Well, let them. It's not like it'd really matter anyway. Imagine, October 23rd (My birthday specifically). Just sitting there, 200+zombies outside. You go to take a leak when suddenly, you trip on a wire! You can't tell me that wouldn't be funny. The whole "hoard then use days later" thing would only persist for a week or two before people use them up so they have more room for guns and stuff.-- dǝǝɥs oʇ ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 07:29, 29 June 2007 (BST)

Kill I'd prefer Kevan work on developing things that deepen gameplay 365 days a year. Sure logging on and seeing "A tank rolled down the street and killed 56 zombies" is a fun little joke, and it also doesn't take long to program. However, a lot of things you described are too complex to be programmed for a single day of use. --Magentaine 14:50, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Re Pretty sure that vote is invalid. Can't kill based on server load or programming complexity. Tryce of Thunder 20:54, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Note It's a valid vote. Server load or programming complexity aren't considered good reasons to vote kill, but they don't invalidate a vote.-- Vista +1 21:04, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Re: *ahem*. "Invalid Votes. * Server Load and Programming Complexity are NOT very good Kill reasons. You are voting on the merit of the suggestion and whether or not you think it belongs in the game. Server load/complexity issues are up to Kevan to decide." Seems like it's invalid to me. It's under "Invalid Votes." Tryce of Thunder 05:56, 30 June 2007 (BST)
- I'd say it was a valid vote because Magentaine said he'd prefer Kevan spent more of his time coding on things for gameplay rather than on flavour such as you have suggested. armareum 14:49, 30 June 2007 (BST)
- Well if you read it really carefully, it says "Server Load and Programming Complexity are NOT very good Kill reasons." Doesn't say its invalid, but just a poor reason for a vote. -- AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 18:34, 30 June 2007 (BST)
- Er, yeah. I said I thought it was valid. armareum 19:42, 30 June 2007 (BST)

- As I said they are considered bad form, I understand that invalidate is used with two different meanings here so there is room for misinterpretation but the text of the rule itself is decisive in these matters.-- Vista +1 13:29, 1 July 2007 (BST)
