It only works "after being logged in?" How do you mean? It only works when you're active? It ends as soon as you log out? I don't know exactly what the inactivity time if for UD logins, but I think it's pretty long. You could stay "logged in" for quite a while with these benefits. Also, changing the name of "drugs" to "painkillers" doesn't change that they're essentially useless.
