Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Should be VSB to EHB at all times.

7/7/2009 You are inside the Cope Building. The building has been heavily barricaded. Also here are Nighthawk1000 (50HP), Michelle Dawn (60HP), da johnny boy (50HP) and Doc Sebastian (60HP).--Dr Mycroft Chris 20:02, 7 July 2009 (BST)

23/9/2010 Nothings realy going on in the cope building. Place is ruined. Slight danger as usualy there are one or tow zeds. Place could be used as safehouse if fixed and barricaded.--User Antd025
