The Exclave/OCC

This page was created in order to help explain anything that was not already clear, and to give a simple, out of character explanation of the group.
Basically, the idea for this group was to parody the Enclave, which is, in the Fallout universe, the remains of the US government after a nuclear apocalypse. The Enclave, namely in Fallout 2 and 3, attempt to eradicate all mutants in the world, even more or less unmutated people who appear no different than them, in order to cleanse the world and allow for "true, pure humanity" to be able to recolonize it. When we came up with the idea of parodying this, we decided to claim to be the remnants of DARIS (as the location of Malton is disputed, we figured it would be more logical to pick a post-outbreak government than an RL one as being our source of origin). Initially, we only parodied the appearance of the Enclave, actually helping out survivors (though also assisting PKers and killing Bounty Hunters even back then), but eventually we decided that it just wasn't our nature, and decided to go straight PKer in alignment. We decided to, for RP purposes, act as if, due to the exposure to the zombie apocalypse, the survivor population of Malton, while seemingly human, is mutated and tainted by the Zombie apocalypse.
In effect, our official goal is to kill people and help the hordes in bringing ruin to the suburbs so that the living population is low enough for "treatment" of its "mutations" to be feasible. In actual fact, we just want to kill people (and help the horde for our own amusement).
