Protected User:Gage without my asking or any kind of request being made on A/PT. I went to edit it today, and I couldn't because this twat protected it.--Gage 01:45, 19 July 2007 (BST)

Seems reasonably clear cut and extremely minor. Your page did have some vandalism issues but for a permanent protection it should have been requested. I've unprotected your page. Personally I think a stern talking to/or a bit of finger wagging as the generals punishment would suffice. Anybody disagree?-- Vista  +1  01:59, 19 July 2007 (BST)

Sorry about that, a permanent protection was not intended. It was a temporary measure to prevent vandalism, as per the rules. I assumed that someone who was "done with this place" wouldn't be editing the page very often in the near future.
