You are inside the Portman Building, an elongated building with offices. The floor is a slick, broken mess of dried and fresh blood. The door to the building has been secured.
There are two dead bodies here. You recognize Volker and Totes.
- You have to do it. You hate this, but you have to do it. You take out your knife, you look at her, she does not look at your, nor anywhere, really, nor does she say anything, nor does she move; she twitches an eyelid to a mid-way down position; she does not seem to breathe. You drive the knife in just above her collarbone, which fails to kill her. The strike sounded wrongly. You do it again. And again. Maddeningly again. Seven times again (she died on the third). You clean the blade off on her pant leg, where there is less blood.
That done, you have some questions to answer, and the bodies are here, so then too is the opportunity to examine them as usual.
