Serving Malton for as long as I live (and maybe a little after...)

http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=1067840

Milty graduated in the top two hundred and fifty at the Academy; he went on to Traffic Division. Was assigned to the new Withyman precinct pre-virus, but was trapped at home during the outbreaks. Finally reached his locker after crossing the city, and claimed his uniform and equipment.

Milty has been active in Malton for a few months since reaching the WSPD. He has seen zombie massacres up close, and fought not only the zeds, but his rising disappointment with the state of human affairs in the city. He is currently wandering, searching for a place he has only heard about in rumour...

News As I See It - Uncle Milty's Live (hopefully) Reports

February 2008

February 2

Feels like forever since I've written. I've had nightmares about another life, one as a zombie. Terrible killing, and... Damn...

I'm on the move. The survivors in North Blythville are sometimes as bad as the zeds. Too many murderers, not to mention survivor drama. I need to find a place where my skills will be needed. I'm not even sure where I am right now. Dartville? No, Dartside. Anyway, I doubt I'll stay here. The inhabitants are as green as the danger reports. Trying not to let things get to me, but some of these folks almost deserve to... well, never mind what they deserve; I cleaned out a zed and rebarricaded a building full of rookies on my way through to Dartside. Maybe they'll remember, maybe not. Maybe radio chatter will eat my deeds. Who knows?

It's been awhile since I could collect my thoughts. The constant fighting in North Blythville has made me a veteran of sorts. There seems to be no end to the Hebditch siege; back and forth all day long. The rest of the burb has mellowed out as far as I've seen - granted, that's only the southern half. I'm studying some old Necrotech employment manuals, since I'd like to turn my efforts towards rescue work. Milty McCrae 06:18, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Finally! Got my hands on a toolbox in an auto shop in South Blythville. Next up, ammo; I'm still tapped out. I don't know how dangerous this suburb is, but if the NB zeds slide down here, I don't want to be around. I need to find a safe haven in this ruin of a city!Milty McCrae 00:52, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Yep, Lukinswood again. Got bitten again while searching for a toolbox. I need one to help in reconstruction efforts. Managed to make it all the way to South Blythville. I got revived on the way to the RP. That was nice. Thanks to Harry Callighan! http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=599329

I need to get away from the hotspots for now, and concentrate on resource collection.Milty McCrae 15:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Holy crap. This looks like a repeat of Lukinswood... I'll stay as long as I can, but I don't want to be a walking corpse again! Plus I'm nearly tapped for ammo; a mostly loaded pistol and an axe are all I've got right now. Not good odds against a mob of thirty zeds. I hope that we can get enough reinforcement to hold off the attacks. I don't want to see another PD go out from under me.Milty McCrae 06:58, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

January 3

Zeds are all over the NB right now! I've heard of a few buildings being taken down. Though I helped clear the Judge Street PD, that's on the other side of the burb, and too dangerous now to check on. There are some visitors just outside Dear Street PD as I write. Anyone reading this in the area should batten down the hatches.Milty McCrae 06:23, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Happy Holidays! I lived through them; that's good news. I'm still in North Blythville. There's a fair number of unorganized zeds in the area; relatively easy pickings. Still no safe way to get back to Lukinswood. I'd like to hang around here for a few more weeks to gain some more knowledge on fighting these creatures. Hard to think of them as human anymore. Milty McCrae 18:34, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

December 20

Stupid! Got a good run of searching in the DSPD here in North Blythville. Decided to step outside. Saw a loner a little ways out beyond the safety of the free-run zones. Dropped him with one clip; but now I'm outside. Boy, am I tired. I think I'll have to hide in this alley for a half-hour instead of going right in. Maybe I'll have a really long pee... December 15

Still in North Blythville, the safest place I could get to after the smashing of Lukinswood. I couldn't tell you how things are back home, but here in NB things are fairly quiet. I'm going to hang around awhile and see what's up down here. Milty McCrae 05:37, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

December 12

I'm alive!! Yay! The Olney Militia deserves thanks for their speedy response time, even if a drifter vived me first. Thanks to all healers out there! In other news, Lukinswood was a wreck last time I saw it, and Lerwill Heights looked dangerous as well. Watch yourselves out there...Milty McCrae 21:39, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

December 11

A poor level 2 zombified civilian (with a police description) is attacked by stupid survivors ONE block away from a revive point! Thanks for the headshot, limptorso, you tool! Milty McCrae 21:40, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

This is Milty McCrae, formerly of the MPD, Withyman Street Precinct. I'm at my old station right now in NE Lukinswood; it appears that the RRF is in town. I've seen the Gore Corps operatives literally next door- I think I'm gonna die soon. If anyone in the Lukinswood area gets this transmission please look to your defenses. I don't have reliable intel on the state of things outside of two blocks.Milty McCrae 15:25, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
