Born some forty years ago, Ottari quickly became a rising star in Malton's political scene. A brilliant strategist, Ottari was the guiding hand sustaining Malton's Democratic politicians through every major campaign cycle from the 1980s onward. The political arena eventually took its toll on Ottari, wearing away the idealism that first drove him into politics, and leaving him an older, wiser, and somewhat jaded political operative.
The outbreak of the zombie plague marked a turning point in Ottari's life. The politicians Ottari supported for so long had neglected their role, failing to protect the citizens of Malton from Necrotech's dangerous line of research. Recognizing his own role in the fall of Malton, Ottari dedicated himself to a final campaign... assisting survivors still trapped within the city's borders by any means possible.
Ottari spent most of 2007 in service to the Pescodside Defense Alliance, eventually rising to the rank of General, and leading the PDA's armed forces into battle against several of the largest hordes in Malton. The hungry zombie hordes were turned back, time and time again, from the NE corner of Malton. Going into 2008, Ottari assumed the role of traveling diplomat for the Dulston Alliance and freelance researcher for Project Necrowatch.
Objective(s): Collect a Necronet report from every Necrotech facility in Malton.
Location(s): Currently at Treweeke Mall, gathering supplies for the trip ahead.
Long-term Goal(s): Assist the Dulston Alliance and expand use of the Necrowatch program.
INTERESTING FACTS:
- Ottari has gone through a rather large number of career changes, and has, at one time or another, been a: political strategist, military general, lawyer, lobbyist, doctor, diplomat, researcher, and scientist.
- Ottari works for Project NecroWatch, because he finds the slightly homicidal undertone A.L.I.C.E. uses to be strangely appealing... and he really likes cake.
- Ottari considers Pescodside to be his home suburb and has alternated living in the Mapstone Building and Youl Avenue Railway Station. Ottari is best known for his diligence in issuing frequent Necronet reports on local zombie concentrations from the suburb's three Necrotech facilities: the Waish Building, the Clewett Building, and the Inman Building.
