This page is about the different suggestions I have made.

Serious Suggestions

Suggestions are something I make a lot of (enough that I've actually written a satirical guide to demonstrate what it takes to make a successful suggestion). Often they revolve around something that I think is currently pointless or close enough to it that it doesn't do anything except put unnecessary strain on the server. In these sorts of things, I try to make the item/skill/whatever more useful. This was how my first suggestion came about, involving syringe manufacture. Many kills, spams, arguments about whether there was a difference between an average cost of 8 AP and a fixed cost of 8 AP, and revisions later my suggestion was finally given the stamp of approval and moved into peer reviewed suggestions.

Of course, I also make a lot of suggestions that attempt to introduce some new gameplay tweak (these ones get shot down so fast it makes me wonder why I even try them half the time) or try to fix some logical inconsistency within the game (someday I'll figure out a way to address the fact that survivors can't just use wirecutters to cut a new hole in junkyard fences and bypass the barricaded part entirely that won't get spammed, even though wirecutters were how the hole appeared in the first place). In fact, these three reasons often all blend together to help in the creation of my suggestions.

In any case, since my list of rejected suggestions is much longer than I care to list, I'll just list some of the successful ones instead.

Note: One of my dreams recently came true! My "Newspapers give advice for newbies" suggestion was implemented into the game! I'm so proud!

Humorous Suggestions

Every once in a while, I'll get an idea for a humorous suggestion and submit it to the appropriate section. Most of them aren't recieved especially well (am I the only one who likes making fun of and/or laughing at their own religion?). But of course, there is one BIG exception to that. Namely, my UD Wiki Member suggestion. In less than a week, it entered the All-Time Top Ten List and got to #6. Currently, it's at #2, a place I never expected a humorous suggestion of mine to reach. Thanks to all who helped put it there!

I've also become the unofficial "Keeper of Humorous Suggestions", largely through Funt Solo's encouragement.
