Robert Chardon

Rob is Tom's younger brother, and twin brother to Kris. Sometimes described as "cold" or "aloof", Rob prefers to keep in the background, accomplishing as much as possible without drawing attention to himself. On the one hand, he has little patience for people who he believes are incompetent or unqualified. On the other hand, he is quick to recognize capability and intelligence in those who possess it. Such people quickly gain his respect. A natural-born tactician, he focuses all of his attention on the situation at hand, finding the most efficient way to resolve any problem he is faced with.

Rob had flown out with Kris to visit Tom over the summer, having just graduated high school with his sister and wanting to celebrate. When the zombies attacked, Rob holed up on the top floor of an office building in northeast Malton. From this relatively safe vantage point, he watched the streets below, learning how best to fight back. He's now a member of the MCDU, where he uses his tactical prowess to great advantage in the war for Malton.

Rob is also involved in Project New Hope, a secretive research organization.
