There's not much left of Vanankyte's mind, with the advancement of her brain rot. She's insane and bloodthirsty, but mostly just another claw in the horde. Vanankyte believes herself to be a demon possessing a corpse rather than having ever been human. Considering some of the strange things that are to be seen in Malton, it might even be true. More likely, her mind is just a bit addled from the brain rot and having been headshot entirely too many times. In reality, Vanankyte was Suzy's student before the outbreak in Malton. She remembers nothing of her former teacher but an inexplicable lingering animosity. It's for the best that they never meet. |

Vanankyte arrived in Malton in 2005, a dark time for zombies when a simple shot to the head caused loss of memories. She heard legend of a mythical place called Ridleybank, where the zombies dwelt free and the streets were paved with brains, but failed to find the place due to not being able to read a map. And then, a miracle occurred. The zombies had adapted to the effects of headshot through pain and tenacity. Vanankyte began learning again, and prowled Malton with renewed fervor. She joined up with Mall Tour '06 as they were picking up steam, and no longer feral, she rampaged through mall after mall along with the zombie hive mind. Only after a protracted siege of Caiger Mall was the tour finally halted, and Vanankyte wandered off to seek purpose elsewhere. Vanankyte joined up with the Ridleybank Resistance Front and became a member of the Barhah Brigade following Jorm. Then, Jorm gave the word of breaking away from the RRF, and formed the Militant Order of Barhah. Vanankyte went along, becoming one of the founding members of MOB, and has been following them religiously ever since. One day, MOB was sieging the Haslock Building, and Vanankyte found herself on the business end of one of THEM's syringes. Being alive again was highly confusing, and she found she had a taste for pie, and became quite sad when MOB left without THEM's pie. |
