The good thing about having an uncomplicated, bona fide enemy to fight is that one can focus all one's rage and despair on a clearcut bad guy. There just isn't time to wallow. I admit that this unsought-for mantle of quasi leadership that seems to have been placed on my shoulders weighs on me a bit, but even that can't overwhelm me because there's just too damn much to do. Big strong, don't worry. This is only a temporary setback. Last I heard, there were only 2 Zs left standing in Sebright. There are 4 MCV operating out of Farewell. Shoresome, Prodigal0, Rostock and Gage Cook. TMH are also there as well as MFD and that's not to mention the sigficant number of freelance survivours. Dolphin and flup also requested to lend a hand. Another MCV has gone for syringes for the 28 waiting for a revive at the car park. Things look bad now, but it's always darkest before the dawn. You did the best thing that you could have done - retreat, regroup, syringe - FAK and ammo it and then hit them again. Make no mistake, this is a war of attrition. It will run for a long time. Normally, such a comment would make me proud. Right now, though, I feel like a fraud. I am so overwhelmed with shame and anger over what has happened to Sebright and the surrounding buildings (see my update under the Operation Clean Sweep discussion) that your praise just adds to my feelings of guilt. Please do not place articles about yourself or your characters in the main namespace. If you wish to write about yourself or your characters, the correct place to do it is in your User space (ie User:A big strong fireman).
