Perhaps instead of throwing your teddy out the pram, you'll instead take some time to read the standard arguments up there, look at the archives and take some time to learn the game before you decide to 'fix' it. I've just read that new city thing of yours, you've never played a zombie have you? -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Mischief! Mayhem! He's like the survivor equivalent of zombie lord. He should change his name to surivor lord, have an obnoxious blue signature, and start some stupid biased comic.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 19:26, 20 September 2009 (BST)
It's just a game, but here's the reason my new city doesn't just screw over zombies:
  • Of the two travel networks, one of them has a 50 encumbrance limit and the other is accessable to zombies.
  • Hunger and thirst screw over survivors more than zombies.
  • Explosives can do harm to the survivor cause as easily as it can help it.

Your city makes it nigh on impossible for zombies to level, which you'd have known had you actually gone out and played one rather than assuming you knew more about this game than someone who's been playing for years and organising major events and arguing baseless points. -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Oh, the XP system. Yeah, I'm gonna change that soon. --Matthewbluewars /New City\ 22:40, 20 September 2009 (BST)

The change is simply idiotic. And you have no clue why do you? -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Mischief! Mayhem! The Rogues Gallery!. <== DDR Approved Editor 23:23, 20 September 2009 (BST)

I realize your point. See if you like my next change. "When buying skills, the player selects how much of each type of XP to pay in. However, they can only pay with certain types of XP for certain skills.
  • Science - can be paid in Intelligence XP or Dexterity XP.
  • Civilian - can be paid in Intelligence XP, Deterity XP, or Strength XP.
  • Military - can be paid in Strength XP, or Deterity XP.
  • Zombie Hunter - can be paid in Intelligence XP, Deterity XP, or Strength XP.

For zombies:

  • Intelligent XP - equipment destruction
  • Dexterity XP - destroying barricades and ransacking
  • Strength XP - sucessful combat

And the zombie skill trees:

Why is this fundamentally flawed? You have no clue, you're grasping in the dark and I've already told you how to enlighten yourself. Go play a zombie for three months, come back and you might see how fucked zombies are by the whole system currently in game, if we changed it to your genius idea the only zombies would be the people looking for revives after being PKed. -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Please explain the flaws, and I will be glad to listen. Though I forgot to take out doors. oops. --Matthewbluewars /New City\ 01:10, 22 September 2009 (BST)
Go play as a zombie and you will understand. Just do it, and you will realize why half of your suggestions are unbalancing--Orange Talk 01:48, 22 September 2009 (BST)
Exactly what OrangeGaf said, stop asking to be spoon fed the information, that you'll just ignore anyway, and go out and experience how hard it is for yourself. For bonus points, don't join a horde, stay only in green suburbs and stay permanent zombie (no harman skills and window dive immediately on being combat revived). -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! How does a zombie reduce it's hunger leveal? --Michalesonbadge.pngTCAPD(╯°□°)╯ ┻━┻ 22:58, 21 September 2009 (BST)

Eating. Specifically, biting. --Matthewbluewars /New City\ 01:10, 22 September 2009 (BST)
Newbie zombies have a starting accuracy of 20%. How do you expect them to feed themselves?--Orange Talk 01:48, 22 September 2009 (BST)
Hunger resets on death. Believe me, newb zombies die way before 75 AP. --Matthewbluewars /New City\ 01:53, 22 September 2009 (BST)
Believe you? Why? Qualify your opinion. How long have you played a zombie? How many new zombies have you started from scratch? How many suburb, events and group variations have you raised these zombies in? Tell me why we should just believe you when you have absolutely no basis for your assertion. -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Mischief! Mayhem! I have a friend who's played as a newbling zombie. But perhaps hunger shouldn't affect zombies. Changing it now. --Matthewbluewars /New City\ 20:41, 22 September 2009 (BST)
