Criterion 9

Doctor, your character pages must be created and kept in the user: namespace. I moved the first one you created to your user page; I will move the remake to User:Doctor Pretorius/Naveen Andrews before I request deletion. The page will function just as it normally does; only the location will be different, and you can get to that location via the links at the top right of any page you are viewing.
