I wouldn't say that most are open or that the suburb is not safe at all, since the Sebright Union maintains scouting maps of the barricade levels in the entire suburb. Plus, I only changed the danger level to Dangerous, not to Safe.

Still, I changed my mind about downgrading the danger level and set it back to Very Dangerous.
