Please don't change the barricade plan for vinetown based solely on your own preferences. You did the right thing by raising the point on the discussion page that you want to change it, but then why alter the barricade plan, the barricade plan discussion page and the internal description on all effected buildings, when only a subnote on the mall page states an opinion other than club izzard being vsb? --Rosslessness^{Want a Location Image?} 22:44, 28 April 2008 (BST)

That's a fair comment - I thought the sensible thing to do was to bring the overall plan into line with the local plan, but maybe I should have waited for comments. Seem to have run into an over-aggressive youngster from Blackhawk, he's really upset about the whole barricade plan thing. I genuinely thought that the way barricade plans were constructed was that they were gradually refined by local surveyors. Since the most local page for Club Izzard is of course Mitchem Mall - the most strategic object - I assumed that barricade plan to be correct, and amended other documents accordingly. Even if that's not the practice, that's how it should be. No one group should dictate an overall policy. Over the last couple of weeks I've built up Club Izzard from a wreck, with doors open onto an empty street next to an empty mall - I've cleaned it of zombies, dumped the bodies, repaired the damage, barricaded, got someone to install a generator and radio, and clearly marked the building as a safe haven, as I have done a few times before in the past. Then in a single day one user has my character murdered from a mysterious "bounty list" not available in this wiki and possibly the same person slanders my UD character by calling him a death cultist and vandal, when he is neither. My (probably correct) assumption is that the UD wiki is best built up from many contributions, and not from a special interest group. Whole thing's a bit annoying, to be honest. Now I've had the time to check, the Mitchem Mall page which first describes the entry points makes no mention of Club Izzard until the recent disputed edit. This page predates the first Vinetown barricade plan [1] by many months. It seems likely that the change to the status Club Izzard was either accidental, or in any case did not take into account the pre-existing note on the [Mitchem Mall]] page. Having noticed this, I amended the connecting pages, and immediately ran into the misplaced territorial instincts of a member of Blackhawk Nations, who falsely believes he "owns" that part of the wiki. If a grown-up notices this, could they have a word with their commendable but mistaken colleague? [[2]] Huntah 22:09, 30 April 2008 (BST)
