Something Random

I don't know why I care, but you are supposed to have your characters under your user space, like 'User:Showcase/RebelReefer', instead of "User:This" or "User:That". The User pages are reserved for each member of the wiki, but you can have whatever the hell you want as a subpage of your main one. I guess I get what you mean and I started out doing that (see Showcase/Rebelreefer. I misunderstood how the wiki worked at the begining and made a user account for each character. This way I could speak for each one and the history showing which users changed a page would reflect the same name. Anyway, I guess I like the way it is. If someone tells me I cant have the userspace for the other wiki accounts I created, then I'll have to change it all back. --Showcase 04:46, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

As long as you don't vote for stuff with each alt or if no one else makes an account with those names, you should be okay. Or whatever. I just don't see the point, as I've seen you put stuff on pages, changing your sig for the character you wanted, but you were using your Showcase account. But hey, it doesn't really matter. oh yeah. the voting. I wont. but thats good enough reason to dump the other users and stick with one...which I'll request shortly. It will save me headaches in the future. And you're right, recently my edits have been done with Showcase. I was hoping others wouldnt notice the history which shows the wiki account when the signature name is right there in a comment. Here's how to get a siggah-

Making your signature awesome

1. Create a page like User:Showcase/Sig.
2. Put your signature on it.
3. Change your preferences to use raw signatures.
4. Set your nickname to {{Nosubst|User:Showcase/Sig}}.

errr...nope. I wasnt aware of any restrictions! Is that 20x20 or 20 high? hmmm...cuz they are only 15 high. I wouldnt think the length would matter all that much. I'll get right on that.

Oh...I see you didn't put the picture at 20px. Here's what you do. Instead of [[Image:Showcase_Sigpistol.gif‎]], use [[Image:Showcase_Sigpistol.gif‎|20px]] —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Axe Hack (talk • contribs) at an unknown time.

Have you got some documentation on the acceptable sig size? I'm going to guess (for now) that the regulation is on heighth more than width since its the heighth that will muck up the line heighth. I'll go look... --Showcase^Talk 17:17, 30 January 2007

Sheesh. whatever. you're like a superhero or something, only less super and more annoying. Thanks for fixing whatever. From the Signature page you linked, Signatures which have images higher then 14 pixels high.. I'm one pixel too high. I'll fix that. Didnt see anything about only being 20 wide. Okay you guys, chill the feth out. A mod will let you know if you're breaking a page/have a giant image/or are griefing people on their sigs. So don't worry about it. Glad you fixed your sig Axe, glad your sig's cool now, Show, and I'm glad you looked at my cheap comics, Show.
