Description

A warehouse located in the suburb of Rolt Heights. Known as "The Super Awesome Warehouse", many local businesses relied on its services and were willing to attest that it was a great place to store their merchandise until such time as it was ready to be shipped elsewhere. Founded in May 1989, the warehouse was owned by the Fisp Brothers, Larry and Doyle Fisp, who marketed their warehouse as the best in Rolt Heights. Of course with only two other warehouses in the suburb their claim hardly made that much of an impact. When the outbreak spread throughout Malton the brothers are said to have hidden in their warehouse among the endless stacks of wooden creates, perhaps even inside one of the larger ones. Of course no one has seen either brother since then, although some survivors speculate that maybe, in their zeal to hide from the zombies, they actually managed to seal themselves inside a crate with no way out.

After the "Malton Incident" survivors would often wander around the warehouse, exploring its many nooks and crannies in hopes of uncovering some of the warehouse's almost endless bounty of supplies. As to this day it remains a good place to find useful supplies and perhaps one day a lucky survivor might actually find the Fisp Brothers...

Barricade Policy

This building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the Rolt Heights Barricade Plan and the barricade plan set forth by the Burchell Arms Regulars, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized.

Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any member of the B.A.R. present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly.
