Description
Apsey Library is a library in Chudleyton, located at 14, 23. It is often used a gathering place by groups native to Chudleyton, including Apsey Urban Militia and The Chudley Cannons. It is actively patrolled by the DHPD's Kenefie Lane Precinct, who advise that it be kept at VSB at all times to provide an entry point and a safehouse during dangerous times.
However, in support of the Open Air Policy the Quartly Study Group on Tour partied in the Apsey from September 9th to 15th 2007, with the barricades down so that zombies and humans alike could read together. The festivities included the singing of Skidamarink and Mary had a Little Lamb by literate zombies.
