FOXHOUND has declared war on the entire zombie population, and has set up its primary base of operations in Pitneybank. FOXHOUND also acts against survivors who threaten the security and integrity of the general population. FOXHOUND is a supporting member of its pro-survivor allies and aims to cooperate with serious survivor groups. Any FOXHOUND operative who has witnessed, or been the victim of, a crime (i.e. murder) should report the crime to the Dulston Alliance forum's Black List thread.
