===History===
Once a fairly safe neighborhood, Lukinswood was a hub for the city of Malton. It was maintained at a medium class level, residents were for the most part very friendly and welcoming, but they also liked to have a good time, many pubs can be found in this area.. The largest Police Precinct in this area was the Jensen Boulevard Police Department. This building was the main operations building for the Lukinswood Suburb. It is recently new. There is only one other police precinct, the Withyman Street Police Department, located about 10 blocks from Jensen. Prior to the outbreak, not much crime was reported in this area, police went about dealing with minor thugs, nothing to spectacular. Once the outbreak occured, this building held off for over a week before finally falling to the lifeless corpses within the city. Now abandoned, the Tactical Assault Containment Service has come across this building and is now in progress of getting it back up and running to become the TACS Base of Operations while within the city. Once the outbreak is contained, it will be brought back into service under the Malton Police Department....
