St Dymphna's Church is found in the heart of Roachtown. It is located just North-east of the Spinks Monument, and near the infamous Roachtown ghettos. The parish was led by Bishop Kincaid, who is unaccounted for at this time. A tall mobile phone mast is attached to the steeple of St. Dymphna's Church.

The church were named after St. Dymphna, a irish martyr, who were killed by her father when she refused to marry him after the death of her christian mother. Her patronages include epilepsy, sleepwalking and mental health.
On the 18th of December circa 2006, the church was overrun by the horde known as The Gray. The building itself was fairly empty at the time and all present were wiped out.
