Secondly, Sysop's don't need to be warned not to edit protected archives because its common knowledge, knowledge that a sysop would have to know, had they made the position. Even the dumbest sysop would know that protected archives are done so for a reason. No point making a template for a public archive warning sysops not to protect it, and on one else. Just last week I went and protected archives arbitration cases from 2 or 3 years ago that sysops hadn't protected. The easiest way to do that is top make an edit or two to something, and then instead of hitting save, click show preview. It'll show you what your changes look like, and you can just keep editing and adding to it until you're done. | I was wondering, where is the correct place to initiate a discussion of vandalism reporting policy? Is it [[UDWiki_talk:Vandalism|UDWiki:Vandalism:Discussion]]? I only ask as I'm surprised that that page currently doesn't exist. As for why?
