Also, totally unrelated here but, I noticed your name "Basterds" is misspelled.  If you want, it's pretty easy to change the name to "Anarchist Bastards" with a [[UDWiki:Administration/Move_Requests|move request]].  Of course it's possible that you intentionally misspelled it like the tarantino movie.  Anyways if you need help with that or anything else just let me know.  And welcome to Foulkes Village!--{{User:Giles Sednik/sig}} 13:53, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

The base summary of Anarchy is the general statement that a lack of government is best, and that the individual is ultimitally the source of action. By forming a group of anarchists, you have ironically formed a governing group of individuals, thus undoing the base idea of anarchy. Damn, I hate irony :\

In addition: I don't understand what grinds your gears about Necrotech, what with their reviving of fallen survivours. John Ibans 15:51, 3 October 2009 (BST)

Wrong, my friend. Lack of government is not chaos, so organisative anarchist groups are essential. In fact, anarchists, throughout history, organised themselves in communes, syndicates and labour unions. Anarchism is not an individualist ideology, you got it all wrong. About NecroTech, we don't hate and we don't fight the NecroTech workers; only the NecroTech big bosses who created and developed the virus. User:Martino

From where I sit in the blasted city, a lack of government sure as hell has a lot of chaos going for it. It seems that the more and more people who crop up claiming to be a government (I hear one group has even decided that a suburb is a nation, and all "aliens" in it will be killed), the more chaotic things get. We seem to have an anarchy of competing non-governmental self-declared groups pushing their version of what they have decided is the "right" thing. Organisative groups of any sort seem to do nothing except keep the barricades up... excuse me. John Ibans 16:17, 3 October 2009 (BST)
Sorry about that, I had to install a new sunroof in the head of some zed that broke in. Anway, the only thing people seem to do in here is keep the barricades up a little bit longer. The anarchist philosophy may allow for organised anarchist groups, but the instant those groups gain a sembelence of influence over others, they become a govering group, contrary to the creed of no government. (also, depending on which writer you ask, anarchism is either completly individualistic, or a bunch of people living together making decisions a la mobocracy.) is enjoying in-character dicussion John Ibans 16:24, 3 October 2009 (BST)

True that some anarchists have a individualistic philosophy; that's why we made very clear that we support anarcho-communism - that's totally different. If a group, however, wants do dominate another, they are no longer anarchists, don't matter what they say - maybe they are a bounch of right-wing libertarians, maybe they are just stupid. About the chaos thing, what I wanted to say is that lack of government does not have to chaos necessarily. Second, we cannot be responsible for what other people do; if you have a problem with their actions, talk to them directly. All we want is to gather a group of people that thinks the same way we do, wants to live the same way we do, spread our message and what we believe is right, fair and best for the city and leave freely. We do not want to oppress and we don't want to be oppressed. And, very important, we only kill zombies. We do not believe in violence against living beings. We only engage on symbolic violence (e.g. blowing up a statue of a president or dictator). User:Martino

Like the house of parliment? That was a good stunt from whoever did it :) John Ibans 16:45, 3 October 2009 (BST)

Guy Fawkes was not an anarchist in a strict sense, but he is in fact praised by many anarchists. There is an anarchist poster (from de 1930's, I think) with Fwakes' portrait and caption "The only man ever to enter Parliament with honest intentions[1]". =P User:Martino

Discrimination?

One thing I've never understood about most supposed anarchist/communist groups is how they discriminate against zombies, always citing them as an enemy. Yet it is the zombies who are the true socialists! Zombies live without private property, without borders, without exploitation. Zombie leaders are usually followed out of respect, not because their authority is imposed by force. The spirit of BARHAH! is genuinely a spirit of comradeship and cooperation. End the discrimination. Join the true revolution: embrace the Barhah! --WanYao 17:48, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

  • It's not discrimination, it is just survival. We like to be alive, the zombies don't respect this our will, so we must protect ourselves. Second, "zombies live without private property, without borders, without exploitation." I disagree with one detail: the zombies don't live. Their way of existence is not dictated by their choices or believes. It's just a chaotic state of being. We, living anarchists, believe that justice and anarchy can and must be achieved by choice, maintaining our emotions, intelligence, feelings and all that make us human. Otherwise it wouldn't be meritable. At last (and now OoC), I find it really hard to think zombies as social groups with leaders and all. The fun about zombie games and movies is the non-thinking-zombie. They don't think, they don't have feelings, emotions, thoughts. You just can shoot them at will, with no ethical problems, with no regrets. Please don't take that away from me... =P --Martino 20:38, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

Club Clement

Hey there. I'm in the process of updating all of Foulkes Village so that none of the pages are stubs, and I came across Club Clement. I just wanted to let you know that I made some edits to it (gave it a description and updated the barricade policy), since the building is the home base of your group. If you disagree with anything there, feel free to change my edits.

Also, totally unrelated here but, I noticed your name "Basterds" is misspelled. If you want, it's pretty easy to change the name to "Anarchist Bastards" with a move request. Of course it's possible that you intentionally misspelled it like the tarantino movie. Anyways if you need help with that or anything else just let me know. And welcome to Foulkes Village!--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 13:53, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

Solidarity

Since february, a group named the National Socialist Union is active in Malton. They try to pose as respectable, by claiming to work on power stations. However, when a fascist breaths, he/she is already lying.

Survivors in the power plants have made it clear that nazi's are not welcome in their midst. In response, the fascists have started to PK survivors in the plant. So far a comrade from the CPM, and a labour organizer of the WWSIS have been killed.

I am asking you to form a united front to show the fascists that they are not welcome. To do this you can: 1. Leave a message on Talk:National_Socialist_Union 2. Add your group to the combatants in Battle of Krinks 3. Move to the Tolman Power Station or the Krinks Power Station and aid the resistance.

Is your Radio frequency still in use?

Stop hand.png 2010 Group Radio Activity Query
In order to maintain the wiki as an up to date source of information groups are occasionally removed from the Radio pages when they are no longer active.

Is this group still actively using the frequency specified on the Radio page as theirs? If so simply confirm here by writing something below. If not, it's frequency will be removed from Radio pages in 14 days.

I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- LEMON #1 13:05, 25 August 2010 (BST)
