Description

You are standing outside of Runciman Towers. This red-bricked building has been obviously damaged with bullet holes and blood stains around the doors.

History

Runciman Towers have been known to play classical and techno genres of music. Located in the North-Western sector of Buttonville, the only sounds coming out of the radio are quips by passing visitors.
