The Digby Building is located in the central part of East Boundwood. It was the Headquarters of the Brotherhood of Steel (Northern Branch) before a hoard destroyed them. The Digby Mafia then took over, but was removed. The DWRX 28.54 News Team currently uses the building as one of its broadcast station.
