Description
The Harenc Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Chancelwood. Though a faceless corporate structure to the uninitiated, this facility acts as the heart of R&D for NecroTech within the suburb. This facility is one of two NecroTech facilities found in the suburb. There has been a lot of attempts to convert this location into a rot revive clinic, but every effort to date has failed. Instead this facility services undead survivors waiting at Parrott Plaza.
This place is strategically near places like Curton Mansion, Kempe Way School, Order Crescent PD. Curton Mansion can be attended by a NT (Haslock Building protected by the B-Town Boyz and THEM) and St. Louis's Hospital. For those without Free Running usually can recover in the Firminger Hotel. Kempe Way School is where the mobile phone mast for the suburb is located. The Order Crescent Police Department is the nearest place survivors can find ammo and arms, with two hospitals near (Dustan's and Abraham's).
Members of project NecroWatch rennovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.
Mandate
NecroTech staff continue to follow directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. While the cost in time and effort are currently high the certainty provided by being able to manufacture a constant stream of syringes has mitigated early concerns.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. The field research staff stationed at the Harenc Building feel certain that they can crack the mystery surrounding the spread of the virus as well as help monitor aberrant zombie activity within Chancelwood.
Barricade Policy
This building should be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the barricade plan set forth by local survivors, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized. Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any survivors present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly.
NecroNet Reports
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Harenc Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

August 14, 2008 : Nicole D, myself, am trying to restore this NT building after the once small survivor group was either terminated or abandoned this building... This is the sister/brother building of Hashlock, this building is currently safe in all around blocks. The building only lacks a generator or the a team of about 10 people inside it to watch barricades, watch for GKers and tmedics/ taggers.
This building is hopefully going ot follow it's barricading policy of VSB++ But however at 8:15m EST it is currently at EHB, while lacking the ability to remove them I am currently stating that this is the back up point for the Hashlock-ians and several other survivors... Hashlock is mainly attacked by 35+ Undead while being at EHB makes it hard for survivors to near it without being murdered on site. So all survivors in search of a NT center, use the map and welcome ahead of time, as for anyone to over cade will be found nad shot/hacked to half HP or dead for their crime...
Currently in need( 8:18am EST)
1) Generator ------- 2) Radio ------- 3) Radio Operators ------- 4) Guards ------- 5) Taggers for direction ------- 6) Medics -------
