Mission History
Field ReportsFeburary 1-10, 2009Delta Squad participated in department-wide Operation: YOU ARE HERE ===>. The DHPD moved into Caiger mall and successfully held the mall. More noteably, Delta squad went back to its roots and went hunting outside the DMZ, striking back at those that threatened and killed officers and civilians. Delta kill count at the 10/2 is 33 Pkers since the start of the year Janurary 1-31, 2009Delta Squad participated in department-wide Operation: Dunell Hills or Die. The DHPD moved into the hills and were not forced out, the order was given to move out when supplies became too low, so the DHPD moved into the DMZ to restock. During the operation Delta gave security from PKers and killed off 26 PKers within the month. Most notably, Delta made a raid into Darvall Heights and killed off 3 Pkers within 20 minutes, the last thing they heard was 'Sic Semper Tryannis' December 15-31, 2008Delta Squad participated in department-wide Operation: Ho, Ho, Headshot. The DHPD successfully took and held Caiger mall, over the christmas and new year season, hosting a christmas party for everyone in the area. They also enjoyed the Daily supply drops from the military, aswell as the plentiful alcohol supply. September 1-31, 2008Delta Squad participated in department-wide Operation: School's in Session. The DHPD successfully took and held the BZD (Broadbelt Grove PD, Zephyrinus General Hospital, and Dury NT) from The Dead. Most notably, Delta Squad made their "Charge of the Light Brigade" into the heart of Dead turf. Dury NT was taken by 4 gunmen from 10 zombies. Charlie Squad quickly followed in to take Zephyrinus General Hospital. August 19-31, 2008Delta Squad participated in department-wide Operation: Back To School. Delta and Charlie lead the scouting party into the NE corner of Dunell Hills only to be repelled by The Dead's garrison of PKers and zombies. Alpha Squad slipped into the NW corner with Bravo Squad. Charlie then went to the SE corner, and Delta to the SW corner. Allies from The Fortress slipped in to the NE corner, and The Malton Rangers entered from the south. The Dead took their sweet time mustering enough zombies, PKers, and GKers to push us out of the area. August 1-18, 2008Delta Squad participated in the department-wide Operation: Traveling Circus. The whole of the department moved abroad to aide The Fortress in a diversion for their wedding. Once that was accomplished, Delta Squad heard requests for help coming from Ackland Mall and headed that way. The Crimson Clan, Axes High, Ackland Mall Security, /Zom/, and others held the mall against a siege of 130+ zombies with only less than 50 survivors at the contested southwest corner. The mall fell when the zombies and coordinated PKers (useless scum) and GKers crippled the defenses in the besieged corner. After a coordinated retreat, The DHPD retook Ackland Mall. --Bulldog C6 01:28, 26 August 2008 (BST) July 16-28, 2008Delta Squad participated in the department-wide Operation: Fragger's Mad Mad Circus II. Delta spearheaded the operation, often securing the next resource building with the help of Alpha Squad and Omega Squad's thorough scouting runs. Dixie Squad kept the department alive and in good health where free-running into a ruined building often meant injury. Bravo Squad spiderwebbed the surrounding buildings to build a beechead for the local survivor population to flourish.--Bulldog C6 01:28, 26 August 2008 (BST) July 1-15, 2008Delta Squad participated in Operation Habitat 4 Humanity. Notably, they pulled off a successful real time strike on a fiercly defended Zephyrinus General Hospital and Dury Building to reset the out of control ruin timers. Reinforcements in the name of Alpha Squad finished the Op, as the Deltas ran out of AP after clearing 10 zombies out of Dury and 2 out of Zephyrinus with their 5 man fireteam. Gabcd86 suicide repaired Zeph while Robert Eid of Alpha Squad finished the last zombie and repaired the building split seconds before the Dead came looking. All men were lost, but the suicide assault/repair was a success.--Bulldog C6 01:28, 26 August 2008 (BST) June 15-30, 2008Delta Squad participated on the department wide Operation: Stepping Stones. Buildings were taken and held for the department to stage from. --Bulldog C6 01:28, 26 August 2008 (BST) June 1-12, 2008Delta Squad is going on the hunt. We are chasing the group Flowers of Disease, after they crashed a DHPD barfight in East Becktown. There were casualties on both sides in that action. Notably, Bulldog managed to break a beer bottle over Puki's head while his fellow police officers finished off the kill. It's go time. Delta Squad Body Count for Operation Weed Killer Reports are sketchy, but it appears the FOD was jumping from ledges or committing other forms of suicide so they would be dead and un-honorable kills, therefore skewing the kill totals in their favor. If we add in their suicides to our totals, we crush them.--Bulldog C6 03:02, 12 June 2008 (BST) May 2008Delta Squad made a solid push into Dunell Hills, reclaiming their target: The Dury Building and aiding the rest of the department in regaining Club Meade, Broadbelt Grove Police Department, and Zephyrinus General Hospital. After a prolonged siege of the Dury building, the Deltas held to the last man, allowing a good chunk of the DHPD to retreat from the area.--Bulldog C6 04:49, 27 May 2008 (BST) February-March 2008Throughout the months of February and March, the silent assassins of Delta Squad moved into a hotzone besieged by three hordes. The Eastonwood Ferals from the north, Extinction from the North and West, and The Dead from the South. They hid out in ruined buildings amongst the lit and barricaded cathedrals of human existence. They weren't there to aid the survivors cowering behind their walls and doors. They were there to hunt. 15 kills of upper tier Extinction and The Dead targets confirmed and screenshotted before being recalled to The Hills to help in the holding action around Caiger.--Bulldog C6 04:49, 27 May 2008 (BST) January 2008Delta Squad participated in the DHPD-wide Operation Leapfrog, securing and holding their target buildings while others could use the supplies.
