There are five groups in the city of Malton that go by the name Umbrella. These are:
- Umbrella Biohazard Containment Service
- Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service Merc-for-hire
- Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Servive
- Umbrella Corporation
- Umbrella Special Operations Unit (Inactive)
All are inspired by the fictional pharmaceutical company, the Umbrella Corporation, and the private military contract, Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, from the Resident Evil/Biohazard series.
