20110221 Combining Skills
~ 05:32, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
Suggestion type
High Level Character Skills
Suggestion scope
Zombies and Survivors
Suggestion description
Begining at level 40, characters would be able to combine zombie and survivor skills. The skills available would have paired skill prerequisites from both survivor and zombie skill trees. The cost of each combination skill would be 150 and would be available in a separate skill tree.
The combination of skills is really only limited to the imagination, but a couple of suggestions are as follows:
- Zombie Skill
- Digestion + Surgery - When biting or feeding on a corpse, zombie heals 8HP instead of 4HP.
- Survivor Skill
- Diagnosis + Scent Blood - In addition to HP values, survivor can also distinguish infected survivors from uninfected. Infected survivors HP level is shown in green.
Both the zombie skill Digestion and survivor skill Surgery would be needed as a prerequisite in the first example and Diagnosis and Scent Blood in the second example before these combination skills would be available.

- Keep - I still like the idea. I think the infection detection is a good thing. After all the same festering wounds would become recognizable after some time, make it require diagnosis+surgery+scent blood and a lit building though. And to gain 8hp make it brain rot+surgery+digestion. 22:59, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - while I don't like infection detection, I don't mind the gameplay enhancing possibilities. -- ϑanceϑanceℜevolution 23:25, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - Does this require reasons?--TCAPD(╯°□°)╯ ┻━┻ 21:35, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
Kill Votes
- Kill - No infection detection for harmanz but talking or using FAKs. -- Spiderzed▋ 20:11, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- Kill - interesting idea, but I share Spider's concern abpout infection detection. Also this should include an exhaustive list, not just two examples. 21:57, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

- Kill Interesting idea,
and I'm not sure why everyone's so scared of infection detection, but until we can get a full list of skills, I'm gonna have to say kill. --Espemon333 02:34, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
