He'd been in his isolated bunker, manufacturing his infamous hallucinogens under the name Inspector Lee. The name was famous from coast to coast-so much so that NecroTech had contacted him to freelance some R&D work-and thus, his bunker was buried in the base of an isolated mountain, safe from prying eyes.
