Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Leggatt Building

Description

Planted between two wastelands (one in Old Arkham & the other in New Arkham), the Leggatt Building is a strategic location in that it contains only one point of entry: Edbrook Walk Fire Station. The building is presently maintained by Vladek the Putrid & Lycurgus the Undead.

History

At one point in time, this innocuous building probably acted as a safe haven or storage facility. It stands today as a refuge for the civilized undead, a cabaret
