Grey Bank

Description

A four-storey grey-stone building with a curved roof.

History

Grey Bank was one of many establishments belonging to the New Malton Financial Union. The branch was relatively minor, and was actually in some degree of financial jeopardy before the apocalypse struck. The manager, Harold Bogart, had made a series of promotional offers to new customers, completely in ignorance of his own ability to afford those incentives. As such, his business boomed, and then immediately withered under the stress. Being a bachelor, he had no wife to leave him; nonetheless, his cat died soon after. Police reports confirm Bogart's suicide on the third of March; it seems his corpse was particularly responsive to the Malton strain of the zombie virus, and he is one of many post-humus claimants to the title of 'Malton Patient-Zero'. Some say that you can still hear his faint murmurs in the Grey Bank vault, if you listen closely.

Barricade Policy

This building should remain at Very Strongly Barricaded at all times to allow access to survivors without the Free running skill. However, in the event of a zombie attack(3+ Zombies), the cades can be raised to Extremely Heavily Barricaded until the zombie threat is dealt with accordingly, following which, the cades be brought down again to Very Strongly Barricaded.
