Cheese's opening comments

Right. Here's how this is going to work. First Haliman posts his opening statement under the header called Haliman's Opening Statement, then the Umbrella Reps can post his statement under Umbrella's Opening Statement. Do not post under the others header. You will get an opportunity to respond when I say so.

After the opening statements, I'll do a quick summing up and decide whether I require more information (which I will ask for where applicable). After than, we'll have a round of rebuttals where Haliman can respond to Umbrella's statements (if he wishes) and then for the Umbrella Reps to respond to Haliman's rebuttal (if a) Haliman made one and b) if either of them wishes to). I'll then take another lookie and see if I need to know anything else, maybe another round of rebuttals then I'll make my closing statement and go and have a snooze then decide on the ruling.

Here goes. Mistergame and Airheadoh are mad that I took Air's offer of taking over the group "UBCS." The page was called "Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Servive, but the group is called Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. Now, why should I have that page you ask? Airheadoh's in-game group right now is "Umbrella Corporation." Not "Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service."

They took advantage of a typo, and just want to hinder the progress of my group. There is not A SINGLE active old UBCS member. They are all here. If their page is truly a functioning group, why does it say "Acting Commander: None."

They can use the "Burning Star didn't authorize this switch..." Well he didn't authorize Ray taking command either. He didn't authorize Air taking over. We can go down a list of thing he didn't authorize. Point is, Umbrella hates ME. It's not about the UBCS. They just want to make my life a little more difficult. Not this time.

1. It's no secret that I have always wanted a Resident Evil Themed group.
2. I criticized leadership and I wanted a change. I got kicked out of the group. I am not going to hide this next fact: I wanted to oust leadership. I don't care who became leader, I just wanted it to be someone other than the current ones.

First off, on Haliman's UBCS page, he states that he got my approval to take over the UBCS. This is untrue. He never contacted me about remaking the group, and thus, I never consented to it.

I only announced the disbanding of the group because I thought there were no more active players in it.Apparently I announced the disbandment of the UBCS prematurely. There are actually two members of the old UBCS left that became active again, coincidentally within a day or two from when I announced the disbanding.

As long as they still have Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service in their group tags, they are the last surviving members of the UBCS.

Haliman was banned from Umbrella because of traitorous acts he committed while under the guise of serving Umbrella. This case is not a personal vendetta against Haliman himself, however. Several months ago, the UBCS became a close ally with the Umbrella Corporation, even using a section of their forums as their own. The Umbrella Corporation has a vested interest in the future of the UBCS as they have been allies for a long time and would not like to see it fall into the hands of a known traitor and someone who does not have the best interests of the Corporation at heart.
