The Coram Building is an old office building in the suburb of Lukinswood. The Emergency Broadcast System is located in a side room of this building. Please make your way to 22,43 and undress.
We're currently the murder capital of Lukinswood, often with as many as a million PKs per second. Worth a visit simply to watch the bloodshed.
It remains to be seen if the EBS is even of any use. Plus, it's rusty, smells repulsive, and repeatedly stuns radio operators with painful electric shocks, occasionally leading to death or disfigurement.
We couldn't give a shit about actually using the EBS, but will protect it at all costs.
MEMBERSHIP
To join, please list CORAM as your group affiliation. Members are advised to carry two hand-held radio receivers, one tuned to 25.92 MHz - the EBS frequency, the second tuned to 27.50 MHz. CORAM has no rules or regulations, and you can leave anytime.

LORE One day, deep in the heart of Lukinswood, the fine staff
of CORAM, inhabbitants of The Coram Building, were
looking around, collecting supplies and sweeping the area
of zombies. A regular day, but then, out of nowhere, they
spotted a 13foot tall man walking down the street. Theye
tried to alert him, but he didnt respond. They were
extremely confused, and eventually, one of them fired a
shot. Upon this he became angry, and started attacking
the building. After a long, hard, 3 hour battle, the 13
foot man was slain. His body then disentigrated into a
pile of mush, and nothing but his left humorous bone was
left. To this day, the humorous bone still hangs on The
