Only if they can get bloodied and cracked after a few hits and therefore useless for being a peeping ross scouting.

Only if the description you gave here is the one given in kevan's game update. Also, include a skill called Binocular Proficiency which increases accuracy by 10%, and one called Binocular throw which lets you, if you have two pairs of binoculars, throw the second at someone you see in the first.--Yonnua Koponen Talk !
