Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

The main income of the possessors of the Sherren Building came from the Maltel-operated phone mast that blinked on the rooftop. However, office space was also rented out to shady drug companies and call center builders.

When the infection broke out, everybody who worked there evacuated, knowing that the offices were not a suitable place for long-term survival. It took some time for remaining survivors to realize the significance of the phone mast, one of only a few which are still intact.
