The Jelley Museum

Description

The Jelley Museum is a Contemporary Art Museum. In another of the many small tragedies to sweep Malton, this museum had just gained permission to do the most stunning display of coat-hanger sculptures when the zombie apocalypse began; Sally Brown's enigmatic sculpture that acted as inspiration for the display remains forlornly alone, rusting slowly amidst the gentle decay that has fallen over this establishment.

Despite the ravages undergoing the city, the museum itself remains largely intact and undamaged; tables have been nailed over all of the windows and most of the doors, the vending machines and chairs have been stacked ready for use as emergency barricades, but the artworks remain on display, dust settling gently over all of them. Perhaps in a savage twist of irony, the critics were right; the coat hangar display will never bring enough visitors to The Jelley Museum to justify the cost.

Barricade Policy

According the barricade plan, this building should be maintained at Extremely Heavily Barricaded. Art is worth protecting, after all.
