Removed the noinclude/category stuff from user pages that accidentally included it when they posted the template. I can see copying every thing on the page because you don't really know how it works and you don't want to screw it up. I may want to add a note to the templates for the users to remove the noinclude text. If it was in use then why would it be in the Unused Files page? This is at least the 2nd image that was in there that people say was in use.
