After a couple setbacks, DSS is successfully repopulating and rebuilding the suburb. Revive queues are back to manageable numbers, new buildings recovered every day. April 2009April 10thOperation Thrusting Rutabaga was completed successfully. This was a short mission into Ridleybank to get a Necronet scan from the Blackmore Building, and repair suburb's mobile phone mast. The Blackmore was already in survivor hands, so we took the mast plus a hospital and a factory. We had the phones up for a couple days, then partied in Alner Mansion. The team is back in Malton SE gearing up for Operation Invincible Bumblebee. March 2009March 30thOperation Penny Ante is completed, chalked up as a success, though certainly not by our own efforts alone. We helped recover the suburb, of course. We also learned to work together, recruited personnel, made friends, and established our alliance with the MUM. DSS is now moving to an undisclosed location in central Malton, in preparation for Operation Thrusting Rutabaga, details of which are presently classified. --Sophie Ames Past Operations
