A rogue horseman
Assuming this is Sedric, I am writing to inform you of the actions of Valek Darkmist. In violation of Colglough Building policy, he has PKed twice within its walls of late, once claiming the life of one of my research assistants buebert. This, combined with his verified GK in Anne hospital has rendered him a liability to this institution and a danger to this region. Before fully condemning him for his behavior I will attempt corrective neurosurgery to remove any biological anomalies that may have caused it. This will unfortunately result in his death. If the behavior persists after he operation, we will know that it is behavioral and I will be forced to revoke his welcome at this facility. Should such occur, I will instruct my allies to remain vigilant to his presence and use all necessary force to keep his influence from hindering our work. I wish to further clarify that I do not hold you responsible for this unfortunate situation but send you this message as a courtesy to keep you informed of what transpires.
