Removed the noinclude/category stuff from user pages that accidentally included it when they posted the template. I can see copying every thing on the page because you don't really know how it works and you don't want to screw it up. I may want to add a note to the templates for the users to remove the noinclude text. What's the point of having an used files page if it isn't right?
