Joachim mall and the surrounding area (Crady NT included) are still ruined, with small pockets of zeds patrolling them, but the northern parts of the suburb are in survivor hands. I didn't check out Lumber first hand, but by the looks of the Necronet scan, it appeared to still be in zed hands, with 20 zeds in or around it. Rothwell could use a few more people sleeping inside it as reinforcements, access for free runners is the junk yard two blocks south. --User:Timebmb66

The Suburb is slowly being rebuilt. THere are now many buildings that have been fully repaired and even the malls are regaining stability. There are still significant numbers of zeds in the suburb but only in small groups (for the most part) A scan from rothwell shows 60zeds with the largest group being 5zeds outside The Tompkyns Building. All the suburb needs is an increase in survivor population to get it back on its feet, mostly with rebuilding; anyone interested would definitely be appreciated. --Betamaxx◆◆◆ 10:59, 02 May 2009 (BST)

NecroWatch reported in from the Rothwell Building. The scan revealed 93 zombies within the scanning range of the facility. Too many zombies to give a definite list, but the greatest concentration was 15 @ the junkyard revive point just north of Lumber Mall here.

Penny Heights is in a bad state - I couldn't see one building still standing, and the building information centre just confirms the situation. - there are no active resource buildings. The revive points are clogged up as a result with massive queues but no nearby Necrotechs in operation. The zeds show no sign of letting up. --Betamaxx 22:12, 21 April 2009 (BST)
